When it comes to all parts of life–women, friendships, sex, sports, communicating, teaching, learning, everything–passion is the fuel that burns when you are accomplishing real goals and growing.
This blog is almost a year old. I started it out of desire and passion. A desire to share the experiences that I can live through now because I overcame severe, and crippling social anxiety.
Overcoming anxiety was only possible because of passion. My passion to live life to the fullest and not let that anxiety prevent me from meeting new people, creating adventure, having sex with beautiful women, and living life on my terms.
It was one of the biggest tests I have ever had to pass, but eventually, with hard work, dedication, and inspiration from the stories of men who were living life the way I wanted to–gutsy, rebellious, thirsty for new experiences and knowledge–I overcame that fucking demon of anxiety and can stroll through life without fear.
Its important to keep yourself inspired. Surround yourself by friends who are doing something, have sex with women who you truly desire, find out what interests you and causes the hair to rise up on your arms. Live music does that for me sometimes when the band is tight and original. Beautiful art, whether observing it or creating it, can keep you stimulated for days. Mother Nature will never be figured out, fully discovered, or understood–learn to appreciate that and find beauty everywhere you go.
Once you feel the parts of life that inspire you, you are then able to inspire others. This could mean saying the right thing to a family member, helping a friend out of a difficult situation, or seducing a beautiful woman.
They say the life of a player is mostly selfish, and for the most part, its true. But to live a life for yourself and then benefit others by sharing what you have learned, telling stories that inspire others, motivating people to improve, or showing a beautiful woman a fantastic night filled with laughs, conversation, and good sex…that selfishness gets balanced out with providing others with inspiration.
Throughout my life, I have chased after things that have inspired me. Every so often, that inspiration has gathered like a great pool in my soul and manifested itself in some way.
Its an incredible feeling, to break the bonds of your previous way of thinking. Having some extraordinary purpose that drives you to expand and allows the world to open up and show its secrets.
This is growth, this gives meaning, this is what should be deeply ingrained in every mans being and give him a reason to work.

Chapter 2 of An Introduction to Camera Game is titled “The Camera is a Tool to Build Yourself” and it explains how becoming a photographer really helps open your eyes to the beauty in the world and inspires you to become more passionate.

I’ve been thinking about passion/inspiration recently because of a couple of emails that came in and asked about why I started writing and what kept me going.
And thats the best I could come up with for now.
This summer I’m gearing up for a tour around my home country. A place where the only place I fit in is the home town of not-give-a-fuck: Brooklyn, NY.
Everywhere else I feel like an alien and thats ok. I’m going to revel in being a transient, touring around like a rockstar where my show is going out, getting wasted, and getting laid.
Read more about the tour in this post, be a part of it by sending me an email (the coaching lately has had some huge successes…guys are getting laid, the girls are almost overwhelmed when we approach…so if you want to fluster some chicks and have a blast doing it…contact me for some coaching.)
You can also support the tour, help me get some better camera equipment, and chip in for a couple of beers here.
