If you travel a lot, you know how hard it can be to put in some gym time.
It just doesn’t happen, especially if you travel on the cheap and use Airbnb or camp out most of the time like I do.
In order to stay in shape, keep my muscles tight, and get a good pump going, I use Resistance Bands.
You aren’t going to get big using them, but they will keep your body from getting soft and help keep the muscle you already have.
They are light, durable, and can be used in an endless variety of ways.
I find they are best for biceps, shoulders and back. But you can do certain exercises that target the chest if you want (I prefer to just do push-ups).
These are also great to have around at home if you don’t have time to go to the gym but want to get some blood flowing as well.
