If you do a lot of work at home or don’t have time to hit the gym everyday, the best thing you can get for yourself is a kettlebell.

Its a remarkable little weight because it is so versatile. You can do dozens of different exercises with it and work out every single part of your body with just one.

I love using it to warm up my body in the morning and before going out at night. It gets the blood pumping to all the right places and provides an excellent workout in minimal time.

My favorite exercises with it are the Swing (which is great for exercising your hips and strengthening the power of your thrusts during sex), the Goblet Squat (will make your leg muscles burn), and the Strict Press (which you feel through your entire body).

You can also do elevated push-ups on the handle and work out your chest by pressing it while lying down on the floor.

For a guy who is decently in-shape, I would recommend getting a 40lb one. Adjust according to your levels of strength.
