Juicers

A huge improvement on my health, energy levels, and appearance came immediately after I started juicing.

It has been part of my daily routine this year (everyday at 5pm) and the benefits cannot be overstated.

Fresh juice is packed full of nutrients, will stave off hunger for hours, gives you a boost in energy, brightens your eyes, darkens your skin, and the research on the real health benefits is extensive and well documented.

My go-to daily juice is:

  • 2 carrots
  • 1 beet
  • 1 apple
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 thumb of ginger
  • A dash of cayenne and a dash of turmeric

Since starting to juice daily, I have felt noticeably better, girls have said that my skin and eyes look nicer, and I lost 15 pounds and am as lean as I have ever been.

The juicer I use is the Hamilton BigMouth.

It is inexpensive, efficient, and easy to clean (a pro tip is putting a plastic bag into the pulp catcher so you don’t have to clean it).

Buy it for under $50 here.

If you have more cash to spend, I would recommend the Breville Compact Juice Fountain for $100. Here.

Or for the serious big-spenders, the Omega Masticating Juicer, this one is great if you want to juice up leafy greens, such as kale or spinach. $240, here.
