My Interview With Christian McQueen (video)

When Christian McQueen announced he was coming to New York, I knew we would be in for a wild ride.

Although we had ‘known’ each other for a while through the greatest players forum in the world, and some emails, it would be our first face-to-face meeting.

McQueen and I roll in very different fashions but that didn’t stop us from having an immediate connection. Game is universal (more on this later) and allows men to operate under any circumstance and transcend boundaries and differences.

The player life can be an isolating one, one that forces you to stay inside your head most of the time and makes it hard to connect with other guys who don’t know what its like to have a sense of real freedom. It was fantastic to talk with Christian, “The King of Vegas” and pick the brain of a man who has lived a life most can only dream of.

Our first real conversation was documented here on tape. Listen and learn from a man who has reached the pinnacle of playerdom.

Enjoy.

*And don’t forget to buy my book (McQueen genuinely loved it).

About Goldmund

Goldmund grew up a wild-child and was constantly being disciplined. Using ancient rituals and game, he broke free from the shackles of his mind and the norms of this backwards society. He frequents bars in Brooklyn, mountains in Mexico, and retreats to the desert. His passions are nature and women.

  1. Solid fucking interview. You can tell Christian has been through a lot of shit to get to where he is. A full man understands pain and makes it a part of his personal power. The underlying theme I was getting from the interview was that pain + persistence = success. Most the guys I meet who are fucking clueless/effeminate etc. Don’t understand real pain, or haven’t harnessed it properly. They’ve had their heartbroken or felt invisible, but they’ve never truly got on board the pain train and become fully fledged soldiers. Rather than embrace pain, they’ve avoided pain, looked to escape pain. Men like Christian embraced it and ran with it. That’s fucking tenacity. Good shit.

    • Yup, you can see that look in his eye that comes from overcoming hardships.

Its the only way to do it, I’m grateful that I grew up poor, worked hard my entire life, and faced MANY hardships. When you overcome seemingly impossible odds, nothing can stop you afterwards.

      Nothing.

  2. Great interview, engaging subject and eye-opening as hell. McQueen definitely knows his way around life; his confidence is infectious.
